Borza si Asociatii isi muta sediul in primele birouri de sticla din Capitala

Borza si Asociatii a inchiriat 750 mp in proiectul de birouri Opera Center, prima cladire de birouri moderna dezvoltata in Bucuresti, a anuntat compania de consultanta imobiliara CBRE Romania, care a intermediat tranzactia.

Proiectul Opera Center este amplasat in apropiere de statia de metrou Eroilor si fost inaugurat in 2001, fiind prima cladire de birouri de clasa A. Opera Center a fost dezvoltat de Portland Trust si cumparat ulterior de fondul austriac CA Immo, al treilea proprietar de birouri din Romania.

Grupul Borza si Asociatii detine doua societati de insolventa, Euro Insol SPRL si Assistance Insolv SPRL, situate intre primele 5 firme de insolventa din Romania, gestionand active ce depasesc agregat cifra de 650 milioane de euro.

In portofoliul societatilor se afla nume de rezonanta precum Asmita Gardens SRL, Ibiza Sol SRL, Uztel SA, CFR Mesagerie SA, Meridian Land, World Trade Center S.A, Hotel Planet, Plafar S.A, Universul SRL, Servtrans S.A, Elca Auto, Real Power Construct, Institutul National al Lemnului, Bucovina Mineral Water.

Printre chiriasii Opera Center se mai numara: Glaxo Smithkline, Stoica & Asociatii, Adecco Romania si GeCad E-Payment International.

Portofoliul fondului austriac de investitii CA Immo a fost evaluat anul trecut la 411 milioane de euro, dintre care 369 milioane de euro reprezinta investitii deja derulate, iar 41 de milioane de euro valoreaza proprietatile care urmeaza a fi dezvoltate. Anul trecut, veniturile obtinute din chirii au totalizat 28,5 milioane de euro.

CA Immo detine in Bucuresti patru cladiri de birouri, dintre care trei sunt amplasate chiar langa metrou: Europe House (in Piata Victoriei), Opera Center (in zona Eroilor) si River Place (langa statia de metrou Petrache Poenaru, fosta Semanatoarea). Cel de-al patrulea proiect, Bucharest Business Park, se afla in apropiere de Piata Presei.

Rata de neocupare in birourile CA Immo este in prezent de 2%.

Borza & Associates has leased 750 sqm in Opera Center office project, first developed modern office building in Bucharest, announced CBRE Romania real estate advisory services company, the deal broker. Opera Center project was opened in 2001 and was the first Class A office building. It’s located close to Eroilor metro station and was developed by Portland Trust and subsequently bought by the Austrian CA Immo, the third owner of offices in Romania.
